Certain court fees may be paid online through a New Hampshire Bankruptcy Court Payment Form hosted by Pay.gov.
Before submitting an online payment, please contact the Clerk's Office at 603-222-2600, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, if you are unsure about the case number, filing fee requirement, or amount due.
Who can pay court fees online through Pay.gov?

Filers without an attorney, individuals, or case participants.

Plan or other Payments to the Chapter 13 Trustee are NOT accepted. You must pay the trustee directly.

|
|
Registered CM/ECF users must pay fees directly in CM/ECF when filing documents with the court.

Users paying fees for more than one case will be required to complete an online form and separate payment for each case number.
