To obtain a transcript of a court hearing, contact the Clerk’s Office at (603) 222-2600 and ask to speak to the Duty Recorder. The following information is required:
- Name of Case
- Case Number
- Date of Hearing
- Type of request - ordinary processing, 14-day processing, expedited processing or 24-hour processing
Ordinary service provide that you will receive the transcript within thirty (30) working days from the date the transcript provider receives payment. For 14-day service, the transcript will be sent to you no later than 14-calendar days from the date the transcript provider receives payment.
Expedited service will have the transcript sent to you within 7-10 calendar days after the payment is received by the transcript provider, while 24-hour service provides the transcript will be sent to the requestor no later than 24-hours after the request and payment is received by the transcript provider. Please note the fee for a transcript increases under the 14-day, expedited or 24-hour requests.
The Duty Recorder will quote a price for the transcript, as well as explain payment options. After the party has been given a quote, the Duty Recorder will provide them with the transcript provider's contact information. Payment is made directly to the transcript provider.
You will receive the transcript directly from the transcript provider when it is completed.
