Proposed Revisions to the Local Bankruptcy Rules and Local Bankruptcy Forms

A 30-day public comment period will commence on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and end on October 31, 2026, for the proposed revisions to the Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBR), Local Bankruptcy Forms (LBF), Administrative Orders (AO), and Interim Bankruptcy Rules. Comments on the proposed revisions to LBRs, LBRs, and AOs must be made in writing.  For additional information, see Public Notice 26-03 and the proposed revisions below.

The Court adopted revised Local Bankruptcy Rules, Interim Bankruptcy Rules, and Local Bankruptcy Forms effective February 1, 2026.  Amendments through May 1, 2026, are incorporated below.
