Public Comment Period for Local Bankruptcy Rules
A 30-day public comment period will commence on November 7, 2025, and end on December 8, 2025, for the proposed revisions to the Local Bankruptcy Rules, Local Bankruptcy Forms, Administrative Orders and Interim Bankruptcy Rules.
