Public Notice 14-4 announces that In accordance with the General Order issued on November 25, 2014 and Local Bankruptcy Rule 9029-2, the Court has repealed Local Bankruptcy Rules 8001-1, 8003-1, 8005-1 and 9037-1 and Local Bankruptcy Forms 9037-1A and 9037-1B. The Court has adopted Administrative Orders 8002-1, 8004-1, 8005-1, 8007-1 and 9037-1 as well as Local Bankruptcy Form 9037-1 effective December 1, 2014.
