Clerk of Court Kristie Trimarco is pleased to announce the selection of Kevin Davis as the next Chief Deputy Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire.

Kevin currently serves as a Deputy State Treasurer for the State of New Hampshire’s Treasury Office. Prior to his position with the State Treasury, Kevin worked for the State of New Hampshire Judicial Branch’s Administrative Office of the Courts. He served the State of New Hampshire Judicial Branch first as an Internal Audit Manager and then in the role of Operations Manager. Kevin worked as a Staff Accountant and an Auditor for private entities prior to his public service appointments. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration. Kevin also graduated cum laude from Southern New Hampshire University with a M.S. in Accounting.

The clerk’s office staff warmly welcomes Kevin to the court family and believes that he will be an invaluable member of the court and an outstanding public servant for years to come.
