Employee Rights and How to Report Wrongful Conduct

The District of New Hampshire's Employee Dispute Resolution ("EDR") Plan is based on the Model EDR Plan adopted by the Judicial Conference on September 17, 2019, and contains some local amendments.  The First Circuit Judicial Council voted to approve the District of New Hampshire's EDR Plan on October 26, 2021.

Judicial Conduct and Disability Complaints

Congress has created a procedure that permits any person to file a complaint in the courts about the behavior of federal judges, but not about the decisions federal judges make in deciding cases.
