In accordance with the General Order issued on December 4, 2019, Local Bankruptcy Rule 9037-1 is repealed as being inconsistent with changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure that took effect on December 1, 2019.

Administrative Order 9037-1 and amendments to Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1007-1 and Local Bankruptcy Forms 1009-1B and 9037-1 shall take effect on December 4, 2019.
