Court Closings for Upcoming Holidays

In observance of the upcoming holidays, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire has modified its public hours as follows:
 
Wednesday, December 24, 2025
The Warren B. Rudman Federal Building is closed to the public. Clerk's Office staff are available for remote assistance by telephone during normal business hours.  The court's CM/ECF system and PACER remain available for electronic filing and research.  Paper filings may be stamped and filed by using the court's drop box, which is located on the South Street side of the Cleveland Federal Building.
 
Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025

Payment Policy Update

Effective December 1, 2025, the Clerk’s Office will no longer accept cash payments.  Multiple payment options are available, including online payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, credit/debit cards, and personal checks.  Please note, personal checks and credit cards of a debtor will not be accepted.
