U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the First Circuit to Relocate to the Moakley Courthouse in November

Chief Judge Joan N. Feeney of the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) for the First Circuit announced today that, effective Monday, November 20, 2017, at 8:30 a.m., the BAP will relocate to the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse in Boston. The BAP will continue operations at its present location in the John J. McCormack Post Office and Court House until Friday, November 17, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Represented parties may continue to file documents electronically through CM/ECF without interruption. Beginning November 20, 2017, unrepresented parties may file documents by mail at the address below or in person at the Clerk's Office for the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

All telephone numbers and email addresses for the BAP and its staff will remain the same. Effective November 20, 2017, the mailing address for the BAP will be:
