The Court and the Committee on Local Rules have prepared revisions to the Court's Local Bankruptcy Rules, Local Bankruptcy Forms, Administrative Orders and Interim Bankruptcy Rules.  

A 30-day public comment period will commence on November 7, 2025, and end on December 8, 2025. Comments with respect to the LBRs, LBFs, and AOs must be made in writing. For additional information, see Public Notice 25-04 and the proposed revisions.
