Bonnie L. McAlary, Clerk of Court for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
District of New Hampshire, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristie Trimarco as the
next Chief Deputy Clerk.

Kristie’s progressive federal judicial career spans over 13 years starting as the Courtroom
Deputy in the First Circuit Court of Appeals to her current position at the U. S. District Court for
the District of New Hampshire where she serves as the Operations Supervisor and CM/ECF
Administrator. She graduated cum laude from Westfield State College with a double major in
criminal justice and business management and then worked in the private legal field for several
years. Kristie has developed extensive and well-respected knowledge and experience in
administrative and case management operations as well as the electronic filing system utilized by
the judiciary.

The clerk’s office staff warmly welcomes Kristie to the court family and believes that her
intellect and professionalism, along with her extensive experience, will make her an invaluable
member of the court staff and an outstanding public servant for years to come.
