Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire to Begin Operations in Concord in November

Chief Judge Joseph Laplante of the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire and Chief Judge Bruce Harwood of the District of New Hampshire Bankruptcy Court announced today that, on Monday, November 20, 2017, at 8:30 a.m., the Bankruptcy Court will open for business at its new location in the Warren B. Rudman Courthouse in Concord. The Bankruptcy Court will continue operations at its present location in Manchester until Friday, November 17, at 4:00 p.m. Parties may continue to file documents electronically through CM/ECF throughout this time period, including the weekend of November 17-20, without interruption.

All telephone numbers and email addresses for the Bankruptcy Court and its staff will remain the same. Effective November 20, 2017, the mailing address for the Bankruptcy Court will be:
