In accordance with the General Order issued on February 2, 2024, the Court has adopted Administrative Order 1007-1 (Credit Counseling – Request for Temporary Waiver and Extension of Time) and Local Bankruptcy Form 1007-1 (Statement of Exigent Circumstances and Motion for a Temporary Waiver and Extension of Time to File Certificate of Credit Counseling Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 109(h)(3)) effective February 2, 2024.
