In accordance with the General Order issued on November 8, 2017, Administrative Order 5001-2 and Local Bankruptcy Forms 1009-1B, 2016-2, 3007-1, 3012-1A, 3012-1B, 3015-1C, 3017-1A, 3017-1B, 3020-1, 4001-2, 4001-4B, 4003-2B, 4003-2C, 7055-1, 9021-1A, 9021-1B, 9021-1C, 9037-1 and 9072-1 are amended to reflect the Court’s new address in Concord, New Hampshire and shall take effect on November 20, 2017.

In addition, Local Bankruptcy Rule 1006-1 is repealed and replaced by Administrative Order 1006-1, Local Bankruptcy Rule 3001-2 is adopted, Local Bankruptcy Rule 3015-1(b) is amended and Local Bankruptcy Forms 1009-1B, 3015-1A, and 3015-1B are amended and shall take effect on December 1, 2017.
