The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire’s CM/ECF system will suspend operations on Friday, November 8, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. when the conversion to NextGen CM/ECF begins. No filings can be made and no Notices of Electronic Filing will issue after noon on Friday, November 8, 2019, until NextGen CM/ECF becomes operational on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. The Clerk’s Office is hereby deemed inaccessible within the meaning of Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9006(a)(3) during this time and, as such, an extension for electronic filing is hereby granted for all documents due between Friday, November 8, 2019, at 12:00 p.m. and Monday, November 11, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. in accordance with the rule. All such documents must be filed no later than midnight, Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
