In accordance with the General Order issued on November 10, 2015, Local Bankruptcy Rules, 1002-1, 1007-1, 1009-1 and 7003-1, Administrative Orders 4008-1, 8002-1 and 9012-1, and Local Bankruptcy Forms 1009-1A and 1009-1B are repealed as being inconsistence with changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedures and the revisions, reformatting, and renumbering of the Official and Director's Bankruptcy Forms taking effect on December 1, 2015.

Administrative Orders 1002-1, 1007-1, 1009-1, 4008-1, 7003-1, 8002-1, and 9012-1 and Local Bankruptcy Forms 1009-1A and 1009-1B shall take effect on December 1, 2015.
