The drop box may be used for filing before the Clerk’s Office opens at 8:30 a.m. and after the office closes at 4:30 p.m. The public may use the drop box during the hours the court is closed and when the building is open to the public. Building hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).
Documents deposited without a date and time stamp will be filed at the time the documents are collected by the court.
Follow the instructions below to stamp and file your documents:
- Insert the document you are filing into the top opening. Push until you feel the date and time stamp being applied.
- Verify the document has a legible date and time stamp. If it is not legible, stamp again on the reverse side of the document.
- Place the document (and appropriate fee, not cash) in an envelope and deposit in the document depository.
