The Court and Committee on Local Rules have prepared revisions to the Court's Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBRs), Local Bankruptcy Forms (LBFs), Administrative Orders (AOs), and Interim Bankruptcy Rules (IBRs).  A 30-day public comment period will commence on October 1, 2026, and end on October 31, 2026.  Comments on the proposed revisions to LBRs, LBRs, and AOs must be made in writing.  For additional information, see Public Notice 26-03 and the proposed revisions.
