Bankruptcy Court to relocate in Summer 2017

Wednesday, October 7, 2015

Chief Judge Jeffrey R. Howard of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit announced today that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Hampshire will relocate from rented space in Manchester to existing space in the Warren B. Rudman Courthouse in Concord, where the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire is located. It is anticipated that the Bankruptcy Court will relocate operations to the Rudman Courthouse in summer 2017.

The relocation is part of the Circuit's response to the Judicial Conference of the United States' (JCUS) space reduction initiative, which mandates that the federal Judiciary reduce its space footprint by 3% by the end of September 2018. Read the press release for additional details.
