To protect privacy of individuals, certain personal data identifiers must be edited out or otherwise deleted before a documnet is filed with the Court (see Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 9037 and Local Bankruptcy Rule 9037-1). The Court will not review filed documents to ensure personal data identifiers are removed. Effective Monday, November 20, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court will hold hearings and be open for business at its new location in the Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse, 55 Pleasant Street, Concord, New Hampshire.
Most bankruptcy hearings will be held in Courtroom A.
Any hearing notices using a Local Bankruptcy Form for a hearing scheduled after November 20, 2017 must have the correct hearing location listed to ensure proper notice is provided.
