Directions

The Bankruptcy Court is located in the Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse at 55 Pleasant Street. The James C. Cleveland Federal Building is next door.

Directions from Interstate 89

Traveling North or South:

  • Take Exit 2, Clinton Street (Route 13)
  • Bear right at end of exit onto Clinton Street
  • Travel approximately 2 miles until you come to second intersection (Tucker's Restaurant on left), get in left lane to turn
  • Turn left onto South Street
  • Travel for approximately ½ mile to the first set of lights at the Pleasant Street intersection
  • Turn left at lights, begin looking for parking. The James C. Cleveland Federal Building/Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse will be on your left

Directions from Interstate 93

Traveling North:

  • Take Exit 14, take a left at the end of the ramp
  • At the second set of lights (Holiday Inn on right), turn left onto North Main Street and travel to the Pleasant Street intersection (first set of lights)
  • Turn right onto Pleasant Street
  • Just beyond the second set of lights, you will see the James C. Cleveland Federal Building/Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse on your left

Traveling South:

  • Take Exit 14, take a right at the end of the ramp
  • At the second set of lights (Holiday Inn on right), turn left onto North Main Street and travel to the Pleasant Street intersection (first set of lights)
  • Turn right onto Pleasant Street
  • Just beyond the second set of lights, you will see the James C. Cleveland Federal Building/Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse on your left

From Routes US 4/NH 9/US 202 (Coastal Route)

  • Follow signs to Concord
  • After passing the Weathervane Restaurant, take Interstate 393 until it ends, approximately 5 miles ahead in Concord at a traffic light.
  • Stay to the left; Bennett Funeral Home is directly ahead of you
  • Turn left onto North Main Street and travel to the Pleasant Street intersection (fourth set of lights, approximately .7 of a mile)
  • Turn right onto Pleasant Street
  • Just beyond the second set of lights, you will see the James C. Cleveland Federal Building/Warren B. Rudman U.S. Courthouse on your left

 

Parking

  • Be sure to allow extra time for parking on any trip to the Bankruptcy Court.
  • There is limited metered parking available on the streets near the Rudman Courthouse/Cleveland Building complex.
  • Non-metered spots are available on some side streets in residential neighborhoods however these are further away from the Courthouse.
  • One handicapped space is available on the corner of Pleasant and Spring Streets, across from the service station.
  • The city of Concord has three parking garages located within four blocks of the courthouse complex. The Firehouse Parking Garage at 18 North State Street (near the YMCA with entrances on North State and Green Streets), the Durgin Block Parking Garage at 17 School Street (with entrances on School and Warren Streets) and the Capital Commons Garage at 75 Storrs Street. City garage kiosks will only accept coins (no bills), debit cards or credit cards.

  • Do not park directly in front of the courthouse complex on Pleasant Street; that area is restricted to law enforcement vehicles.
  • The parking lot adjacent to the Bienvenue Condominiums (formerly Sacred Heart Church) is leased parking only.
  • Be sure to allow extra time for parking.
