Proposed Local Rules, Interim Rules, Administrative orders, and Local Forms

The Court is in the process of reviewing and revising its Local Bankruptcy Rules, Interim Bankruptcy Rules, Administrative Orders and Local Bankruptcy Forms in light of changes being made to the federal rules, which will become effective December 1, 2009, regarding computation of days, as well as other changes.

Please note that the opportunity for the thirty-day public comment period will be held from October 13, 2009, to November 13, 2009. Comments with respect to the LBRs must be made in writing by
sending an e-mail to LocalRules@nhb.uscourts.gov, or you may
hand-deliver or mail your comments to the clerk’s office at the address
below. (Comments must be postmarked no later than November 13,
2009):
