Limited User Access
Notwithstanding the amendment to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007(b)(7), which becomes effective December 1, 2013, personal financial management course providers will not be granted electronic access to CM/ECF to file debtor education financial management certificates as the amendment to the rule does not require the court to grant electronic access. These certificates can continue to be filed electronically by the attorney for the debtor or in paper format by a pro se debtor or the personal financial management course provider.
