CM/ECF Limited User Training and Registration Overview
Limited User/Creditor Access Registration – Training Course Required
Non-attorneys who wish to file proofs of claim, requests for notice, withdrawals of claim, and other claim-related matters and who do not have training and/or access to at least three other districts will be required to complete the court's CM/ECF training simulations listed below. A completed training simulation answer sheet along with a signed and completed limited filer login and password application must be completed to receive access.
Required Creditor Training Simulations
After completing each simulation, a unique code will appear. This code must be entered onto the Answer Sheet and submitted with the Login/Password Application.
- Filing a Proof of Claim
- Creditor Request for Notice
- Withdrawal of Claim
- Objection to Claim
- Assignment of Claim (to be created)
Limited User/Creditor Access Registration – Training Course Not Required
Non-attorneys who wish to file proofs of claim, requests for notice, withdrawals of claim, and other claim-related matters and who have training and/or access to at least three other districts will not have to complete the court's CM/ECF training simulations. They will be required to sign and complete the court’s limited filer login and password application which includes listing no less than three districts where they are actively filing documents or have been trained.
